Use this form to see, correct or erase the personal data we hold about you, to withdraw a consent, to nominate someone to act for you, or to raise a grievance.

Before you start: who to ask

This matters, because asking the wrong party wastes your time. Ryzion OS is used by event businesses — photography studios, planners, venues — to run their work.

If you are a Ryzion OS account holder, we are the Data Fiduciary for your account, billing and usage data. This form reaches the right people.
If you are a client or guest of a business that uses Ryzion OS — you RSVP'd to a wedding, your photos are in a studio's gallery, you used the selfie photo finder — then that business is the Data Fiduciary and we are its Data Processor. Use this form anyway: we will forward your request to them, tell you we have done so, and help them act on it. We just cannot decide it for them.

We use what you type here only to find your record and answer you. Filing a request is free, and we will not ask you to justify it.

Grievance Officer

Under s.13 of the DPDP Act you may take a complaint to our Grievance Officer, whose decision you may in turn escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Exhausting this route first is a precondition under the Act.
